The Seminoles are 1/4 Favorites to Repeat as ACC Champs.

The Atlantic Coast Conference finally broke the SEC's reign atop college football after the Florida State Seminoles won the national championship over Auburn back on Jan. 6 in the final BCS title game, 34-31. The ACC remains a very top-heavy conference this year in which the Seminoles should again run through it without much resistance.

Let's look at the latest college football future odds from the LVH SuperBook in Las Vegas and what is expected from these ACC teams heading into the 2014 season...

ATLANTIC DIVISION

FLORIDA STATE
National Title Odds:
3/1
ACC Title Odds: -400
O/U Win Total: 11.5 UNDER -120

The Seminoles are fully loaded again this year, with Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Jameis Winston back at the helm. The defense lost five of their top six tacklers, but they are not expected to miss a beat. They will likely dominate the conference once again.

CLEMSON
National Title Odds:
75/1
ACC Title Odds: 8/1
O/U Win Total: 8.5 UNDER -130

The Tigers lost their two best offensive players in QB Taj Boyd and WR Sammy Watkins. Senior QB Cole Stoudt and WR Mike Williams will likely be their replacements. The defense will have consensus All-American defensive end Vic Beasley back but will need more from the rest of the unit to dethrone the Noles.

LOUISVILLE
National Title Odds:
300/1
ACC Title Odds: 15/1
O/U Win Total: 8 OVER -120

The Cardinals are a team in flux. They will have a new quarterback, new coach and a new conference to deal with this year.  Bobby Petrino will return as head coach to Louisville this year, and he will have his hands full. He has proven capable in the past, posting a 41-9 record in his first stint at the school.

SYRACUSE
National Title Odds:
100/1 (Field)
ACC Title Odds: 100/1
O/U Win Total: NA

Syracuse struggled last year to move the ball offensively, averaging just 376.8 yards per game (85th in the nation.) In the second year of offensive coordinator George McDonald's system, the Orange expect to be better. The defense will be returning most of its key players and hopes to improve on an up-and- down 2013 that ended on a positive note with a win over Minnesota in the Texas Bowl.

BOSTON COLLEGE
National Title Odds:
100/1 (Field)
ACC Title Odds: 200/1
O/U Win Total: NA

The Eagles will need to replace 2,000-yard rusher Andre Williams this year, and while it will be tough, they will try to do so by committee. Defensively, BC was terrible versus the pass last season, finishing last in the ACC. But all four members of the secondary return, so the Eagles should improve there.

NORTH CAROLINA STATE
National Title Odds:
100/1 (Field)
ACC Title Odds: 100/1
O/U Win Total: NA

Wolfpack head coach Dave Doeren was just 3-9 in his first season with the team following a successful run at Northern Illinois. The team ranked 97th in the nation in scoring (surrendering 22.8 points per game) and 70th in total offense (giving up 403.5 yards per game). NC State did not win a game in ACC play last year, and Doeren needs to get things turned around soon, or he could be out of a job.

WAKE FOREST
National Title Odds:
100/1 (Field)
ACC Title Odds: 500/1
O/U Win Total: NA

Wake Forest will have a new QB taking over this season for departed four-year starter Tanner Price. The problem is, the Demon Deacons don't know yet who it will be. The competition is between sophomore Tyler Cameron and Kevin Sousa, who was moved from receiver to QB. Their top running back Dominique Gibson was also a former defensive back. With all of these moving parts, Wake could be in for a long season.

COASTAL DIVISION

NORTH CAROLINA
National Title Odds:
75/1
ACC Title Odds: 7/1
O/U Win Total: 8.5 UNDER -130

The Tar Heels are loaded at the skill positions. The question is, will their offensive line be able to hold up for those guys to have the time to make plays? The defense appears to still be a year away from being legit, but this is a team that can win the Costal Division if things break right.
VIRGINIA TECH
National Title Odds:
200/1
ACC Title Odds: 10/1
O/U Win Total: NA

There is a wide-open QB battle in Blacksburg this season with former starter Logan Thomas moving on to the NFL. The good thing for whoever wins the job though is that the team's top three receivers are back as weapons. The once-proud special teams unit missed 11 field goals last year and could be relying on a freshman kicker this year.

MIAMI (FLORIDA)
National Title Odds:
200/1
ACC Title Odds: 20/1
O/U Win Total: NA

The Canes are another team that will have a new QB this season. Kevin Olsen looks to be the favorite to win the job, and if he does, he will be able to rely on one of the most explosive running backs in the country in Duke Johnson. However, the defense will need to make a dramatic improvement after allowing 426.4 yards per game last year.

GEORGIA TECH
National Title Odds:
1000/1
ACC Title Odds: 30/1
O/U Win Total: NA

The Yellow Jackets will start a dual-threat, former high school sprint champion at QB in Justin Thomas, who had just 33 carries last season, five of them which went for more than 20 yards. The question is, can he do that on a consistent basis? The defense lost six starters and will need to improve on limiting the opposition's scoring after allowing 28.3 points per game last year.

PITTSBURGH
National Title Odds:
1000/1
ACC Title Odds: 40/1
O/U Win Total: NA

Pittsburgh will start a sophomore at QB in Chad Voytik, who has only 11 career passing attempts, so he will be learning on the job. The defense will look to fill the void of NFL-bound defensive lineman Aaron Donald. The Panthers were 107th in creating turnovers last season, so they must get better there as well.

DUKE
National Title Odds:
1000/1
ACC Title Odds: 50/1
O/U Win Total: NA

If the Blue Devils are to continue to build on the success of last year, they will need to keep their impressive balance on offense. The defense struggled last season but forced turnovers (26). If they can continue that ball-hawking type of defense, they could see continued success this season.

VIRGINIA
National Title Odds: 100/1
(Field)
ACC Title Odds: 100/1
O/U Win Total: NA

Virginia went 2-10 last year, largely due to a totally inept offense. The Cavaliers will likely start a new QB in Greyson Lambert, who should be much more accurate than last year's starter David Watford. The defense was also decimated by injuries a year ago, so if the unit can stay healthy, this team should be able to surpass last season's win total.
