At the 2012 All-Star Game, the biggest stars were Kobe Bryant, Dwyane Wade and LeBron James. Bryant had his nose broken and suffered a mild concussion after a hit from Wade, and James didn't take the last shot of the game with a chance to win when he had Bryant guarding him.
Now, all of these players are going to share the court as a part of a jam-packed Sunday of NBA betting action.
Many think this game between the Miami Heat and the Los Angeles Lakers might be a preview of the NBA Finals. The tension in this feud has only intensified over the course of the last few days, as Bryant is still wearing a mask for his broken nose while James missed out on another chance to take the last shot in a loss against the Utah Jazz.
Miami has won four in a row in this series, including posting a 98-87 win in January in South Beach. The Heat have also covered seven in a row against the Lakers.
Tip time in Tinseltown is set for 3:30 p.m. (ET) with coverage on ABC.
Prior to that game, the New York Knicks and the Boston Celtics are going to meet in a tussle of teams that are trying to make some headway in the Atlantic Division. With the Philadelphia 76ers starting to tumble just a bit, the Knicks and Celtics have to think that they are back in the division chase.
The home team has won both of these games between these teams this year SU, but the road team won from an ATS standpoint. Both games were decided by just two points.
These two Atlantic Division foes meet up at 1:00 (ET) in the first tip on Sunday afternoon.
Later in the day, the aforementioned 76ers are going to face the Chicago Bulls. Chicago became the first team in the league to win 30 games this year, and is rolling with five straight wins and a 4-1 ATS mark in its last five games.
Philly went into the All-Star break on a five-game skid, but has gone 2-1 SU and ATS against a significantly easier schedule since that point. The Sixers did win at home when these teams met in February, but Luol Deng and Richard Hamilton both sat out of the lineup in that game.

Sunday night's nationally televised games wrap up at 9:30 (ET) with a clash between the San Antonio Spurs and the Denver Nuggets.
The underdog in this series is 12-2 ATS in the last 14 meetings, though it was only two weeks ago that the favored Spurs blew out these Nuggets 114-99 at Pepsi Arena.
These teams have both been flying all over the court offensively. Denver has averaged 103.8 PPG this year, while San Antonio has put up triple digits in seven of its last 10 games.
Three straight in this series have finished with 'over' results.
Elsewhere on Sunday, the Golden State Warriors face the Toronto Raptors at 6:00 (ET), the New Jersey Nets look to tame the Charlotte Bobcats at 6:00 (ET), the Los Angeles Clippers and Houston Rockets do battle at 7:00 (ET), and the Phoenix Suns hope to inch closer to .500 against the Sacramento Kings at 8:00 (ET).
Nine games fill the Monday night docket, including some contests which could have a big impact on the playoff races in both conferences.
The showcase game in the East pits the Bulls against the Indiana Pacers. Indiana is going to be playing at United Center for the second time this year, and the last meeting was the first loss for the Bulls at home on the campaign. This 8:00 (ET) Monday night fight can be seen on WGN and FOX Sports Indiana.
Out West, the NBA TV game of the night pits the Oklahoma City Thunder against the Dallas Mavericks. The Mavs had dropped four in a row both SU and ATS going into the weekend, and the champs have their work cut out for them on Monday for sure. The Thunder sport the West's best record, and entered the weekend having won seven in a row SU and four in a row ATS.
The tip from the Sooner State is set for 8:00 p.m. (ET).
The 7:00 (ET) tips on Monday include the Utah Jazz at the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Golden State Warriors at the Washington Wizards, and the Orlando Magic at the Toronto Raptors. At 8:00 (ET), the upstart Minnesota Timberwolves take on the Los Angeles Clippers. The Denver Nuggets take on the Sacramento Kings at 9:00 (ET), and the night wraps up with the Portland Trail Blazers and New Orleans Hornets from the Rose Garden at 10:00 (ET).
